Hello, and welcome! I never wrote an introduction here because I wasn't sure if it was needed or not, but I feel like it's time for one. If you're wondering what this tumblr is, it's simple - it's my music project. Every day I post a song after midnight (EST). Just one song, a song I like, a song that speaks to me for some reason. It is my idea in motion of "micro-DJing" and I hope you like the idea, that you enjoy what you hear and that you want to check back everyday as well! I didn't start this blog with any intentions of gaining fame, I originally started it for myself to have a catalog of my favorite songs, and I never expected anyone to start following me and caring about my posts - I was delighted it happened though! I appreciate every one of my followers, and my listeners who see my posts on the sites I cross post to, as well as anyone who's ever hit the "like" button or reblog, it always puts the biggest smile on my face, thank you, thank you! I really see no end in sight for Once Is Not Enough, it has changed my life in the most amazing positive ways! I'm always on the outlook for new music now, I've proven to myself that I can start something and stick with it, I've bonded with people over music in amazing ways - this blog has become an irreplaceable part of my life, it's become a part of me. Early on into my posting, I found the perfect tagline for what I was hoping my blog would accomplish - not any kind of fame, but that any person who needed to stumble upon that one perfect song now might, thanks to a humble post at the right time. Almost ALL of the music I adore I simply happened upon at some point, and I wanted to "return the favor" so to speak. So, in words put better than I ever could -
"I don't want to set the world on fire - I just want to start a flame in your heart."
